The Nexcut TCT Circular Saw Blade – 400 × 4.4 / 3.2 × 60mm – 84T (Beamsaw) is a 400 mm tungsten carbide tipped (TCT) circular saw blade with 84 teeth, built for production beam saws. Carbide-tipped teeth stay sharp far longer than steel teeth, giving consistent cut quality and longer intervals between sharpening.
Choosing the right TCT circular saw blade
Tooth count decides how a blade cuts. With 84 teeth on a 400 mm body, this blade is best suited to fine finishing cuts and panel sizing in melamine, laminated board, MDF and plywood with minimal tear-out. Fewer teeth cut faster and clear waste easily; more teeth leave a smoother edge but cut more slowly.
