The Helixor HX-45 End Mill Set (4mm–12mm) features precision 4-flute square solid carbide endmills engineered for reliable steel machining. Produced from sub-micron tungsten carbide and hardened to 45 HRC, they deliver strong rigidity and cutting accuracy. The AlTiN coating enhances thermal resistance and wear protection, while eccentric relief and variable pitch geometry reduce vibration for clean, controlled cutting in roughing and finishing operations.
