Description
The Zycron TCMT Turning Insert is an indexable carbide TCMT turning insert in Zycron GCT 217 grade for finishing, light turning and boring on CNC and conventional lathes. It is used in steel, stainless steel and cast iron, and fits compatible TCMT screw-clamp holders and boring bars.

Reading the ISO code
T = 60° triangular (T) shape, C = positive 7° (C) clearance, M = M-class tolerance, T = single-sided with a countersunk screw hole (T). The numbers that follow give the cutting edge length, thickness and corner radius, so match them to the pocket of your holder.
