Description
The Collet 14mm ER32 is a precision ER32 spring collet that clamps tool shanks from 14 mm down to 13 mm. It is made from 65Mn alloy spring steel, fully hardened for durability, and manufactured to 0.015 mm accuracy for tight tolerances, low run-out and consistent machining results.
How ER collets work
An ER collet is a slotted sleeve that closes evenly around the tool shank when the collet nut is tightened, gripping the full length of the bore for a secure, concentric hold. Each collet covers a small clamping range, so choose the collet that matches your shank: a 14 mm end mill or router bit needs a 14 mm collet. ER32 collets only fit ER32 nuts and collet chucks.
