Description
The Nexcut TCT 12.7mm x 6mm 2 Flute Compression Cut Endmill (Coated) is a TCT compression-cut router endmill with a 6 mm cutting diameter on a 12.7 mm (½″) shank. It combines up-cut and down-cut geometry to leave clean edges on both the top and bottom faces of laminated boards, plywood, MDF and melamine. The titanium nitride (TiN) coating adds durability and cutting performance.
Why TCT router bits?
Carbide-tipped (TCT) router bits braze tungsten carbide cutting edges onto a tough steel body, which gives long edge life in abrasive board materials at a lower cost than solid carbide. The 12.7 mm (½″) shank adds rigidity for heavier cuts.
