The Helixor HX-55 10mm 4-flute square solid carbide endmill delivers reliable performance in hardened steel machining. Manufactured from sub-micron tungsten carbide and hardened to 55 HRC, it offers strong rigidity and cutting control. The TiSiN coating improves heat resistance and tool life, while eccentric relief and variable pitch geometry minimize chatter and ensure consistent surface finish.
