The Nexcut 6mm Spiral Upcut 2 Flute Carbide Endmill is a 2-flute solid carbide spiral up-cut router bit built for efficient CNC routing and clean chip evacuation. The up-cut geometry lifts chips out of the cut, which helps prevent burning and re-cutting.
How a upcut spiral router bit works
Up-cut spirals pull chips up and out of the slot, so they clear chips faster than down-cut or straight bits. That makes them a good choice for pocketing, slotting and deeper cuts. The trade-off is that the top edge can lift slightly on veneered or laminated boards; for those, look at a down-cut or compression bit.
